Today Maisy received the most beautiful birthday gift. It was a Princess Poof and crown. If self-confidence could be purchased, it was just bought for Maisy. She turns into a fancy Princess when she puts on the Poof, and it is full of poof! The poof came complete with Princess attitude, bossy and vain. She asked me, "Mom, do you wish you could be as fancy as me?" as she sadly looked at me in my sweats and t-shirt. In her eyes I am a lost cause, I am sure. I am hopeful the Poof can be purchased in a Queen size, just to reap the emotional benefits it seems to deliver. I don't think I will see her diving on the floor with her shirt off pretending to be "Logan Boenker" playing football. Tonight she is all girl!Thank you Jeff, Nikki, George, and Ava for making Maisy's day! I know she would love to see you on her birthday, so you could admire her fanciness too. We miss you!
