The phrase, "Change is good." is wearing on me a bit. I love change and consider myself a fairly flexible person, but I have reached my limit. I am excited to be bored. 2009 was a bit much for all of us, I think. Hopefully 2010 and our new home will bring us the peace we are hoping for.
Below are the interview questions I asked the kids when we first moved here, along with their answers. I asked them the same questions again.

Funny...the more things change, the more they seem the same.
As for me, we have made some wonderful friends here that have taken us in, like family. Although I still miss my real family, I am thankful that such kind people have come into our lives. I can't imagine my life without them. Catching up with Sarah and letting our girls play has been a real blessing. But, when I hear familiar voices from home, my heart still gets heavy. It is much easier to live here now. I just miss my peeps! A lot.

And we miss you. I can't believe it has been a year! It is such a small part of Maisy's life. We might need another road trip soon.... Miles could learn a thing or two shooting baskets with Carson. And Emory is always looking for a little lady to boss around. And I need some baby time with Knox! Love ya-
